Our approach
If you've ever remotely hosted a large internal meeting or conducted an external webinar, you'll appreciate the stress involved.
We're here to help. This course offers an A-Z primer on how to fully exploit the medium, maximize your audience engagement and tips to ensure you appear (and sound) professional.
The basic course is an interactive webinar of around 2 hours in duration, with a 10-minute break after each section to allow for Q&A and screen break for participants. However, the sessions may be shorter or longer depending on your requirements.
We also offer a follow-up after the webinars have concluded to to offer specific one-on-one guidance for optimal videoconferencing setup and to help troubleshoot specific technical issues.
Please note the entire course can be tailored specifically to your requirements.
The online sessions would be conducted over the client's choice; the default is Zoom, the most fully-featured videoconferencing platform currently available.
